I’m pleased to share a significant moment for Gold Leaf Consulting Limited as we reaffirm our commitment to corporate responsibility and community support. Today, Julia Shamini Chase, CEO of Gold Leaf, and our Compliance and Regulatory Associate, Mrs. Mayfield Muir-Daniels Mayfield Muir-Daniels, had the privilege of joining Fabian Devonish, Branch Manager for CIBC Caribbean (BVI) and Mrs. Gloria Fahie, President of the BVI Cancer Society, and other sponsors including Walkers BVI represented by Omonike Robinson-Pickering (who were platinum sponsors), for the cheque handover for the 2023 First Caribbean Walk 4 the Cure event.

Gold Leaf proudly served as a Silver Sponsor for this initiative, which united the BVI community and various sponsors to raise funds for the BVI Cancer Society. As a result of CIBC’s efforts, together with their sponsors, they were able to announce a generous cheque donation of US$62,525.00 to support the BVI Cancer Society’s vital work in the fight against cancer.

At Gold Leaf, we firmly believe in the significance of corporate responsibility. It’s about more than just business success; it’s about giving back to the communities that sustain us. We remain committed to making a positive impact, not only through financial contributions but also through active participation in meaningful initiatives like this.

The battle against cancer affects us all, and we are honored to stand by the BVI Cancer Society in their mission. Let this serve as a reminder that as corporate citizens, we have a duty to support our community’s well-being. Together, we can achieve remarkable results and leave a lasting mark on those in need.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who contributed to this donation, and here’s to a brighter and healthier future for the BVI community. Together, we can make a real difference.
