As an Approved Compliance Associate of Gold Leaf Consulting Limited, Gizelle provides clients with regulatory services inclusive of assisting with the drafting and oversight of licensing applications for a number of financial services licenses in the BVI; conduct annual AML\/CFT and other bespoke training solutions; and assisting with the drafting of legal opinion and memorandum on regulatory, AML\/CFT compliance and enforcement matters.<\/p>\n
Gizelle is also a Tier 1 BVI FSC approved Compliance Officer and,<\/span> in this capacity,<\/span> is appointed as an approved Compliance Officer under Gold Leaf Corporate Compliance Services Limited (\u201cGCCS\u201d) to clients of GCCS. She is also a director of GCCS and, GL Authorised Representative Services, an entity registered by the BVI FSC to provide services to entities licensed under the BVI Securities and Investment Business Act, and the Virtual Assets Services Providers Act.<\/p>\n With a strong foundation as a qualified accounting professional, Gizelle brings extensive expertise in external financial audits and tax preparation across a diverse range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, education, real estate, and charitable institutions.
